Overview

These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of ergorituals.com and to any orders placed through the website. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products

ergorituals.com offers bath and body products intended for personal use. We aim to present all products, descriptions, ingredients and images as accurately as possible. Because some products are handmade or produced in small batches, slight variations in colour, scent, texture or packaging may occur.

Orders

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, stock issues, suspected misuse, unavailable products or incorrect information provided at checkout.

Pricing and Payment

All prices shown on ergorituals.com are in Euro. Orders are currently paid by Cash on Delivery / pay when collecting from the selected Akis Express station. Online card payment is not currently available at checkout.

Delivery Method

We currently offer Akis Express Station Pickup within Cyprus only. During checkout, customers must select their preferred Akis Express pickup station from the available station list.

Delivery Fee, Minimum Order and Free Delivery

Akis Express Station Pickup costs €3. A minimum order value of €15 applies. Orders over €45 qualify for free delivery.

Collection from Akis Express

Once your order has been prepared and handed to Akis Express, collection and notification are handled by Akis Express. Please make sure the phone number and email address provided at checkout are correct. Opening hours and collection availability may vary by station.

Uncollected Orders

Because orders are paid when collected, please collect your parcel once notified. Uncollected Cash on Delivery orders may limit or remove the ability to use Cash on Delivery for future orders.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Order changes or cancellations are possible only before dispatch and only by phone. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible on 96 113002. Once an order has been prepared or handed to Akis Express, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Returns and Faulty Items

Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect. Please see our Return Policy for full details.

Use of Products

Our products are for external use only. Customers are responsible for checking ingredients and using products appropriately. If irritation or discomfort occurs, discontinue use immediately.

Intellectual Property

All content on ergorituals.com, including text, images, branding, product names and design elements, belongs to ergorituals.com unless otherwise stated and may not be copied, reproduced or used without permission.
