These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of ergorituals.com and to any orders placed through the website. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products

ergorituals.com offers bath and body products intended for personal use. We aim to present all products, descriptions, ingredients and images as accurately as possible. Because some products are handmade or produced in small batches, slight variations in colour, scent, texture or packaging may occur.

Orders

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, stock issues, suspected misuse, unavailable products or incorrect information provided at checkout.

Pricing and Payment

All prices shown on ergorituals.com are in Euro. Orders can be paid online by card at checkout or on delivery/collection, depending on the payment method chosen by the customer.

Delivery Method

We offer Home Delivery and Akis Express Station Pickup within the Republic of Cyprus. During checkout, customers can choose home delivery and enter their delivery address, or choose Akis Express Station Pickup and select their preferred pickup station from the available station list.

Delivery Fee, Minimum Order and Free Delivery

A delivery fee of €3 applies for Home Delivery and Akis Express Station Pickup. A minimum order value of €15 applies. Orders over €45 qualify for free delivery.

Collection from Akis Express

Once your order has been prepared and dispatched, delivery or collection notifications are handled by the delivery provider. Please make sure the phone number and email address provided at checkout are correct. Delivery and collection availability may vary.

Uncollected Orders

Please collect your parcel once notified. For orders placed with payment on delivery/collection, uncollected or refused parcels may limit or remove the ability to use this payment method for future orders.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Order changes or cancellations are possible only before dispatch and only by phone. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible on 96 113002. Once an order has been prepared, dispatched or handed to the delivery provider, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Returns and Faulty Items

Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect. Please see our Return Policy for full details.

Use of Products

Our products are for external use only. Customers are responsible for checking ingredients and using products appropriately. If irritation or discomfort occurs, discontinue use immediately.

Intellectual Property

All content on ergorituals.com, including text, images, branding, product names and design elements, belongs to ergorituals.com unless otherwise stated and may not be copied, reproduced or used without permission.
