Return Policy

Overview

Because of the nature of our bath and body products, ergorituals.com does not accept returns for change of mind or for general product dissatisfaction once an order has been delivered.

When a Return or Resolution May Be Accepted

We will only review a return, replacement or refund request if an item arrives:

  • faulty,
  • damaged in transit, or
  • incorrect compared to what you ordered.

Reporting a Problem

If there is a problem with your order, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery. Please email info@ergorituals.com or call 96 113002 and include your order number, a short explanation and, where helpful, clear photos of the item and packaging.

How Claims Are Reviewed

Each case is reviewed individually. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit or another suitable resolution. We reserve the right to request supporting information before making a decision.

Return Shipping

If we confirm that an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping where a return is actually required. In some cases, we may resolve the issue without asking you to send the product back.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for products that are not faulty, damaged or incorrect. We also do not accept returns simply because a scent, texture or personal preference was not what you expected.

Order Cancellations
